Ah, so those various rumours of Maddison being a complete bell end in the city centre were true then.
Can remember hearing Jason Shackell doing similar in Mercy though, and Dean Ashton telling him to hush.
Anybody who felt put out by him will probably get to laugh one day when he does his cruciates, and he's clearly not too bright because one day he could end up in a city where footballers probably have to routinely pay protection money to the same local mental cases who sell sniff to their wags at a 500% markup... like Liverpool, Manchester or Glasgow, perhaps then he might regret boasting about his wealth on night outs. Or in London where flashing your £20k watch around gets you carjacked.
Hopefully he'll grow up or learn his lesson.

The EDP article seems to be a catalyst for him becoming known as a twat, which probably won't bother him in the slightest because he's good enough for that to not affect his career trajectory at club level, although perhaps Gareth Southgate would have very little tolerance for it?

I said on a thread on here a while back, sometimes popular players with a good image are actually not all they seem. And sometimes players who haven't the best reputation or aren't that well liked by the fans are decent blokes.
