Manager of the Month!

Perhaps Alex Neil did get something of a new manager bounce, and perhaps the team were tired on Wednesday after superhuman effort on Sunday, but his results for the month as a whole justly won him the title.

The new challenge facing him is to get the players to pick themselves up for the Millwall match. Somehow the old Norwich can reappear- beating the top clubs and surrendering to the lowly ones. I was disappointed at Wednesday's result, and even more by the performance, but I was not surprised. It's almost in our genes!

Did we take pour eyes off the ball,- more concerned with how we can beat Derby and Middlesboro and expecting to beat Wigan, almost without trying?  If so Neil, must work even harder, We shall be playing more teams like Wigan than top eight sides over the next few weeks.

We can't worry about one result when we've won something like 8 out of 10, and as one person on canary call said, if we're going to drop points its better to do it against a side nowhere near us in the league, than one we're battling for promotion with

Plus with Derby losing, we're still only 3 points off the automatic places, the same as we we're after the Ipswich game

Onwards and Upwards I say, just bounce back against Millwall and it'll be a much happier place again
