Given that his arrival was met with a little bit of a moan, we sure are missing him. When's he back?

Can't say I have seen anything at all about a return date, either in social media or anything from the club.

Yeah its quite ironic the point you make about us missing him, given the complete apathy surrounding his signing!

Should be before the end of the year. He's back out on the grass as of the pre-Watford pressers.

Somebody the other day mentioned the possibility of Brady through the middle as a second striker, that's when I started to miss Jarvis, as his return would allow us to give that a try.

I think we really missed having someone in that role on Saturday - behind the striker, someone with the ability to hold the ball and pick a pass.  I think Brady could do that.  Mind you, he was poor on Saturday  so it probably wouldn't have made any difference.

But on the topic of the thread, I agree we could really do with him back, has been a real addition.  Let's face it, people love to knock new signings, so we really shouldn't pay too much attention to it.  A lot of the time it amounts to saying, "if he was any good, someone bigger than us would sign him."

And if he isn't your particular choice you kind of feel disappointed. But it soon wears off when you see them play, well, hopefully. And I think the dismay was probably because he was another genuine left sided player and we now had two when we didn't have one before.
