Does anybody rate him at all? I'd honestly rather have Mark Bunn between the sticks. 

We're stuck with this donut for 2 more years. Do we try and palm him off on some other side on a season long loan, or what? I don't think he's even good enough to be our number 2. 

If I didn't think his continued employment will mean one of Ruddy or Rudd being released I'd be able to laugh, but budgetary constraints are going to mean that he's probably far too expensive to keep around as a 3rd choice so if we can't somehow palm him off on somebody else it probably will be his contract which means releasing Ruddy or Rudd this summer? 

Now I'd actually we rather gave Rudd a 3 year deal and released Ruddy now, as it happens. Ruddy has had two consecutive dodgy seasons, he needs a new challenge. But its still pretty tragic that we'll likely be releasing a man who still generally passes as a professional goalkeeper with somebody who wouldn't look out of place in the Vanarama National.

Somebody tell me I'm wrong, and that I'm being harsh?

It was the first game I had seen for 6 weeks, as have been in the US, so I watched him with an open mind.

I thought he made some good stops, but they were only really stops that any goalkeeper should make. He was at fault for at least two of the goals, possibly even all of them if you take into account his lack of communication with Bennett, who didn't have that bad a game, up until that point.

Like I say, I haven't seen a game for 6 weeks, and I do wonder just how bad Ruddy must be just now, to be not getting a game.

Its a difficult one though, chopping and changing defensive units rarely helps, but I really can't see anything else for it than Ruddy starting on Saturday.
