For me this is clear evidence that our football club is clearly not lacking in ambition, we could only dream of signings players like Naismith just a few years ago. This has been an excellent window even if we now do not sign another striker, we even signed "one for the future" too, happy days I say.

Now, fingers crossed we do not see any more terrible performances like we experienced vs Bournemouth, as that was close to a Hooooton performance!

McNally has hinted there could be more, but I reckon it depends on offloading Hooper and Lafferty. I suspect we're pretty much spent up now, thats nearly 15 million quid in the last few days!

I'd like us to sign a natural number 9, but not sure how likely that is. The way Naismith plays though I can see him getting the best out of Mbokani.

I am just not sure about his attitude after the whole Crystal Palace loan cancellation thing. Not so sure he would want to come here to sit on the bench, as I'm really not so sure he's better than what we have already, considering the system we play.

Agreed. He always seemed to play well with Lukaku and Mbokani has a similar body type/play style.  Not saying Mbokani is close in quality to Lukaku, just that Naismith could help him find his rhythm.

Side note: I am delighted with this signing.  An established Premier League name in Norwich colors!

He found it hard when he first came to us, came in for a bit of stick, some of it justified, a lot of it quite unfair plus he suffered terrible injuries and just struggled to get a shot at it in his first season, he soon changed the minds of 99% of the fans. Anyway, I'll leave it there, I will hopefully be back on here Saturday afternoon congratulating him on his winning goal, you stand a great chance against them clowns the way they're playing.

You guys have another player I was hoping we'd sign when it was rumoured, Odidja-Ofoe (sp!), I watched some Bruges games when he was there prior to said move and he was class, not really hit the ground running over here, he was never gonna do it at Rotherham anyway! 

Injury prone unfortunately so has frankly not been fully match fit since he arrived, right now he is the fittest he has been since we signed him, if he can remain injury free for the rest of the season I think he can have an impact for us this season and we've seen some flashes of his ability in various cameos. Make or break for him at this level really, clearly has the ability but must stay fit this time else he'll be packed off back to a second rate league again, harsh but true.

Lots of Everton fans saying that they've robbed us for £8.5m.

But from our perspective the fee is Lewis Grabban + £1.5m.

And that sounds like a good bit of business to me.
