I saw the advert yesterday and had a good laugh over the 'no specifics, I love them all'. Clearly a response to the ongoing rumbles over favourites. I think it's pretty clear he pays attention to the forums and social media and makes a point of getting his own thoughts out there. Another example is Russell Martin at centre back or right back being decent in both positions, which personally I tend to agree with. I think the real issue is Whittaker's not quite as solid as Russ at right back. If we get a new right back in January, I think the perspective of Russ' critics may well change.

I hope you're right.   I think R. Bennett could really shine at this level.

It seems a bit strange that with all the CB options we have, only two are left-footed - Hooiveld and Miquel, and neither of those seem to be in the picture at the moment.
