Its actually ridiculous that they can't take action, just because the ref saw something at the time doesn't mean he got it right, if the ref sends someone off that can be appealed but has obviously been seen, so why not this, not to say he'd be found guilty, in all likelihood he won't but where is the harm in the FA at least taking a look at the incident and making a decision for themselves
