Next League defeat…….

Based on continuing feelings of euphoria following three straight wins for the first time in years, plus the fact that I have had too much coffee today, i am confidently going to predict that we will not lose again in the league until October 18th, when we will (naturally) succumb to Fulham at Craven Cottage.

We will be top-two by this point.

Now, where's the coffee pot……...

After recent years in the cups I think we'll lose tonight v Crawley, hopefully that will get it out of our system. But yeah, unfortunately losing to Fulham is a given thanks to some crazy voodoo curse, so will definitely take that as our next loss in the league!!

I actually think there won't be a better time to break the Fulham hex over us, I've never seen them look so awful. I reckon we will pick up a point at least unless the inevitable new manager has arrived just in time to give them a bounce, just when we play them.

Precisely why i think we will lose to them! New manager just in, we will be their 'kick-start'!

Threads like this make me nervous!! They can easily come back to bite us in the backside. It's only 4 games in and yes things are looking good but a long way to go!!

I would imagine on October 17th Fulham will sack Magath and appoint Sven-Goran Eriksson as manager.  We will have 30 shots on target, hit the post, the crossbar, the post and the crossbar, Grabban will take a penalty that hits both posts and then bounces into the goalie's hands, Tettey will hit a volley that hits the underside of the bar and bursts as it goes in, so the goal is disallowed, we have seventeen "stonewall" penalties declined, two players sent off for arguing with the linesman who is wearing a Fulham baseball cap "to keep the sun out of his eyes", and then in the 98th minute Fulham win a corner and the ball hits Fotheringham's arse (which is lying in an offside position), rebounds of Al-Fayed's ego and is given "in" despite having not wholly crossed the line.

Adams is subsequently banned for six matches for tutting.
