I think, for me, Farke maybe has to recognise that whatever this style of play he is trying to develop, is unachievable with the players we currently have. Shelve the project for now and use a system that suits the current players.
is Farke not just implementing his style because thats what Webber wants and is trying to get us playing through all levels?

And the obvious question is if we can't achieve this passing possession retention game when weve got quality on the ball in Pritchard, Maddison and Wes, how on earth are we going to improve that with weaker signings once they're sold? Apart from Vrancic I dont see any of the other signings really suiting the style or showing more quality than our existing players.

I have no idea. But the time for fannying about has gone, we need wins and I don't care about style.

Thing is, they clearly need 2 or 3 players as they are. Then they're going to sell some of the better ones and they'll all need replacing (likely with lesser players) in addition to the ones they already need.

I’m not sure that Webber is that controlling with regards to the style of football we play, he knew how Farke gets his teams to play before he brought him here.

Its a bit obvious what is going to happen I think....... numerous clubs will move to shuffle the pack and snap up the likes of Pulis, Monk and Lambert, then we'll sack Farke when there are no unemployed managers left, and we'll appoint somebody inexperienced as a caretaker manager who will get us relegated. Its the 'Norwich way'.

We knew it was going to be tough, but our squad is too good to be dragged into a relegation battle... and that's where we are heading. If people thought we had no chance of keeping hold of Pritchard, Maddison, Pinto and co in mid-table.... wait until we're relegated to League One, when suddenly we're talking about whether we can even keep hold of Vrancic, Wildschut and Waktkins

Farke needs to be brave in January if we're sticking with him, and bring in Godfrey, Lewis, Morris, Raggatt, Matthews (number 2).... they are the future, the ones who should care about whether we're in League One or the Championship next season.

Departees should be people who have one eye on the exit already. If we sell anybody for big money it should be used to dispose of those who don't give value for money (McGovern, Jarvis, Naismith). Time to be a bit ruthless I think. Does Trybull want to be here? Is he going to give 100% in an April relegation six pointer Gary O'Neil style if he's out of contract at the end of the season? Etc.

Oh I think we will be picking our youth products wherever possible, offloading our players on high wages and replacing them with yoof.

Its a real shame that the results are so awful just now, because if you take a step back from them, the transformation and restructuring the club is trying to undertake really is massively brave. And we had no choice other than to carry it out.

Carlton Morris isn’t the answer to our striker problems, I’d prefer we played the lad in the U 23s ( Abraham’s ? )

We don't have a ready made answer to our striker problems, I thought it was generally agreed we need a new one/two.  Yeah I know wishful thinking.

It wouldn't be out of the question (buyers permitting) if we shifted both Oliviera and Jerome on, in January. Both on high wages I would imagine.

This just paves the way for the triumphant return of Glenn Roeder.
