Well, that Burnley vs Everton game was a fun watch!

And if Everton lose at the weekend, and we beat Burnley, the gap is just 4 points...

Can't see it Morty. Think Burnley will scare the shit out of us, especially with our midfield wonder stars

Maybe, maybe not. Despite how awful we have been at times, we still aren't THAT adrift.

Not mathematically yet, anyway!

Amazing that a win could put us back in the pack.

Not going to happen though is it ?

Brandon Williams, Lukas Rupp and Max Aarons all returning to training today.

Smith says training has been focussed on decision making and work in possession.

It wasn’t a great performance against Brighton but it was a good result and hopefully we can take some confidence going into this game.”

Dean Smith is aware they are running out of games. States that his team need to be competitive against a competitive team.

“Kabak is going to get treatment at his parent club as it’s a significant hamstring injury that’s ruled him out for the rest of the season.”

“I’ve never been relegated and I want that to continue. I know it’s going to be tough but we’ll be battling every step of the way.”

Smith was impressed with the performances of Hanley and Krul at Brighton, but wants other players to step up.

Performance to provoke atmosphere of fans? DS: “I don’t know how the fans are feeling, as I don’t phone them up or look at social media.”

Smith says his thoughts are with John Deehan after his recent dementia diagnosis. DS: “A great player for Norwich and Aston Villa.”

“Jonathan’s performances from the bench have been really good so far. I’ve got to judge whether he can do it from the start.”

This bit has really stirred Twitter up!

Though just found what he actually said, and it isn't quite the same thing :- "I don't know how all the fans are feeling, as I don't phone everyone up or read social media. I've always said it's about the players performing."

Well that was a nice surprise :). It was to see us looking like a team, makes a big difference when you take out the Scottish wonderkid and replace him with a ball player like Dowell

just back from a surprisingly enjoyable afternoon at Carrow Road watching NCFC beat Burnley 2-0 .... both teams were poor but NCFC were less poor and deserved to win .... best performer for NCFC was Pierre Lees-Melou (pictured below) who scored the first goal and was outstanding for the 70 mins he was on the pitch .... Teemu Pukki scored the second goal .... the defence was solid and our midfield was better than it has been in recent games (the absent Billy Gilmour was not missed) .... all-in-all a much improved performance from The Canaries but, however, I think relegation is still on the cards

Well I got that one wrong, I'm pleased to say. missed it too, thought it was an evening game. Hope it was enjoyed by all. Well done the Canaries. believe it was played with the diamond, but without that inadequate world superstar in. Would imagine that will change for next game though.

It was good to celebrate a couple of goals and a W, but we're going down without question so my celebrations are muted I'm afraid.

Thanks Morty. Interesting that Lees didn't slash at that ball, but side footed it with power and precision, ok, it took a deflection, but intent was clear. Pukki was Pukki, controlled Normanns pass well

Aye was a cracking first touch from Teemu, I do wonder if Normann was actually trying to hit it to Byram, who was over lapping? Hardly matters though!
