Though I think he made a good initial save their keeper is having a dodgy few minutes. Their left back struggling too

Where all the Whittaker haters at?

Whittaker and Martin. Who'd have thought it!

Left back shoots, centre-back tucks away rebound. Right back powers forward and scores. Bassong needs to improve his attacking contribution!

33% in our attacking third. 52% possession away. Their whole team looks nervous. This is a great chance. Need to be alive to a rejuvinated home team second half. Palace caught us napping at both ends of the second half last week. Cant afford any sleepies...

Cheers for the links guys, found a good one in the end.

Perfect first half from our point of view. With the exception of Fletcher's header Sunderland have never really worried us. Ironic as well that it's Martin and Whittaker who were 2 of our worst players last week who have got us into the lead. Whittaker's goal was superb, lovely flick from Hoolahan and a brilliant finish from Whittaker. The crucial thing now is that we don't get complacent. I can't see Sunderland being that poor in the second half, and we can't under any circumstances allow them to get back into the game. We're causing Sunderland so many problems, and defensively they are very poor. Who scores the next goal will be crucial, if we get a third it'll be game over.

Just what I was thinking. Brady looking worth every penny too so another less thing too moan about.

It has to be said Sunderland look shockingly poor.
I've just scanned through their line up. Some experienced pro's there. Hard to understand why they've been so nervous and rattled. Good performance from us, punishing their poor play. They've been bad but if we hadnt been good it could still be 0-0 despite them. Two of our bogey players on the bench for them though in Graham and Rodwell. I hope I've not jinxed things now

At what point do we consider a change such as BJ for Hoolahoop?

Wow. 57 minutes and they're walking out of the ground. First managerial sacking of the season?

Their left back does not give a sh*t
