Very much an Alex Neil fan and defended him to the hilt, even stating that he was a better manager now than he was when he first came to the Club.
He probably wasn't that great when he arrived, but managed to strike the right note at the right time.
His inexperience and muddled thinking were exposed last season, but we all probably expected him to repeat the exploits of the season before once back in the Chumps.
He's worse, not better.
Are the two friends or is it a case if "in crowd cliquishness?"
One thing McVeigh said I did go along with. He stated that we are not yet out of the race for a play-off place. Just, IMO, and the next two games will determine this.
Should they go the way of so many recent encounters, then the crowd need to make their feelings known in no uncertain terms.
His stock seems to remain high with our blinkered board so perhaps they will need something more than a gentle nudge in the right direction.
