Paul Lambert has accepted a misconduct charge following his dismissal during the East Anglian derby at Norwich City last weekend but has sent a letter to the FA outlining the mitigating circumstances around his red card.

Is there an FA rule anywhere which states that lunatics are not allowed to be managers/head coaches of football clubs? This pillock has undoubtedly lost the plot with his little billet-doux to the FA in some vain attempt to excuse his schoolboy behaviour. I can't believe he is now blaming the police escort for the scum coach taking 28 minutes from the scum pig sty instead of the normal 10 minutes. This apparently is one of the 'many' reasons why 'pillock' was unable to control himself at CR. Obviously in need of a new pram.
