Alex Neil said to Radio Norfolk that he's "waiting for a deal to go through", and that Brady really wants to leave. I'm confident that it'll go through but obviously it's better if it's sooner rather than later.

Number of reports floating round saying we've agreed a £7m fee

Part of me wishes we'd walked away at that figure if indeed 7 million is correct.I know nothing about him but there seems to be some debate as to his worth at that price.

I doubt any Norwich fans have seen enough Hull games to judge fully.

You could say his stats aren't great but then again he's been playing wingback in a team not scoring a huge amount of goals.

We're signing a player that can perform at Premier League level and obviously has time to improve. He's fast, left footed and can cover in a position that we will need. 7m seems a lot but it wouldn't be that much up front, would imagine some would be a part of retaining  Premier League status or whatever.

I just want this to be over.

Brady is a good player. £7m does sound a lot, but fast left sided players are not that common, so to be honest, if we do sign him I doubt his value will drop whilst he's a Norwich player.

I think they're just getting the best deal they possibly can do, like any other club would. They were unlucky but it's not like we burnt them with the Snoddy transfer. He'd have probably kept them up.

Being linked to Brady again.  This time looks like something is moving and could be finalized soon, especially if espn picks it up.

Edit: And I just saw the other posts in the main forum. Looks like everyone already knew.
