Dont go to the snake pit, most of those that join in the 'we're the snakepit over here' are in the bloody city stand, what are they even doing standing up and singing there, I thought that was illegal, come join us for some fun in Block E
Its a tricky one. I sit in the upper Barclay and actually really like it for the view, you can see the whole pitch, I have sat there for about 15 seasons, and while its not River end dead, its a bit quiet. I go to my fair share of away games, and do enjoy a bit more atmosphere.
My oldest lad moved down to block E last season, I sat in his seat for a game, and really enjoyed it, but the view really isn't as great, and having sat in the Lower Barclay years ago I know what a nightmare it is when the sun is shining! The bar and toilet facilities are a lot better in the lower too, also getting out at the end of the game. The youngest wants to move down there too now, so I'll see whats available. I sat in a friends seat in the snakepit last season and also really liked it, maybe not as much atmosphere as block E, but a really good view, and also I have a lot of friends there, so nice to have a beer with them at half time!
