As an aside... if West Brom fail to go up, I really think we should think about signing Dwight Gayle as competition for Pukki and as an insurance policy against relegation (to fire us back up).
Doesn't fit the age profile but he's fucking decent and at the right price could help with the homegrown thing when we lose Rhodes. There's not exactly a huge number of alternatives..... and we need a pace merchant because we're going to need to rely on counter attack to score goals in the Premier League against a lot of sides.
The reality is that Webber's probably got some relatively unknown but ridiculously good dude from the French 2nd division or something up his sleeve.... but if we were looking domestically then he'd make more sense than Britt A from Forest because he's injury prone.... Bamford is just shit..... and Maupay may be a bit of a flash in the pan / a bit more of a risk.
