I may as well just write it on here.
The rumour going round is that the man who was uppercutted had been drinking with the same group as Ruddy all evening.
And was either, depending on which version if either you choose to believe:
1) McNally's daughters boyfriend
Or....
2) Actually McNally's son.
Similar was posted on the pinkun by the looks of it.
Knowing Norwich fans that is probably about as accurate as Shackell and Ashton being boyfriends, but I suppose there is a possibility that it is true.
Not been able to ascertain the identity of either of those people, so frankly no idea whether its the person in the video or not.

Fact is if the bloke deserved it then that is just what happens sometimes after alcohol. Move on.
If he didn't then Ruddy needs to apologise and if the bloke doesn't accept it then he has recourse to the law. Unless it is a custodial offence, which is unlikely, then Ruddy takes his caution, apologises again and carries on with his normal employment.
Unless, of course, Ruddy has now become unhappy and wants to move away.

SSN just announced that Ranocchia move still a possibility but Bologna have put in for a loan move and the player would prefer to stay in Italy.
And the Lafferty deal is stalling slightly as Leeds want a loan deal to start with.

I am actually enjoying it, because if you look at our current form and points tally, we could actually not sign anyone and probably still be okay.Only 28 days to go
Its not like we are in the bottom three and desperately hoping we will sign someone to save us from relegation.

I do think we need to spend because some of the teams around us will, it's only Villa who may as well give up and start prepping for the champs. Suspect Big Sam will be wheeling and dealing.

Imagine if Bassong started rolling on the floor again and being injured every two minutes.

Definitely need a centre back, right back can wait until summer (when Whittaker will be released and Wisdom sent home).
Naismith + good center back will do me.
Quality right back and striker in to replace Grabban would be nice, but think those could wait until the summer really.
Possibly use our domestic loan spot (now free due to Jarvis signing) for the striker, just to allow Grabban out. He has simply lost the goodwill of the fans and don't think it can be repaired.

Its also about making signings when available - RB is an area of concern which while it could last to the summer the club clearly feel that striking now for Pinto is too good to wait for and still seems likely to happen. Thats fine by me.
A CB is essential, a further striker would be nice and Naismith to add a goal threat from midfield perfect.
