Dail Mail say Haller is signing for £6.5M which is a profit on Grabban. The Youtube videos look good but so did Grabban's a couple of years ago so we rely on the management team's judgement. And surely he won't come here as third choice.

You're really not a fan of what we are doing here, are you?
We are developing a great deal of promising youngsters, some will fall by the wayside, some will play for Norwich City, and some will be sold on. With a category one academy we are also able to cast our net wider and sign promising youngsters from elsewhere. Bear in mind we are only a few years in with this, it will bear fruit.
Regarding Godfrey, he has made his debut in first team football at 17, albeit it at a lower level, but that alone should tell you he is something special. What if he turns out to be another Rooney, and we are selling him for 20 million in 2 years time?
We're not running this as just a "hand to mouth" thing for future Norwich City players, its about business and profit too.

Delia is in complete control of our transfers. She bases it on who is or isn't a nice lad to have around the place. That's why Russ is captain too.

As for the signing of young players. Even if he doesn't make it as a Premier League player the youth games have been pretty fun to watch over the last few years.
Would hope the likes of Toffolo and the Murphy boys will be given a real chance next season.

Many people thought Toffolo would be around the first team this season but the game or two I've seen him play for Rotherham he doesn't look near it.
Maybe the Murphy's could be squad players in the Championship but otherwise I think it'll be very tough for them.

I think the Murphy's and Toffolo will make a good living out of the game. Along with McGeehan who chose to leave.
Less convinced about Loza and Morris to be honest, neither really done the business at senior level anywhere and a limit to how many chances you get before the chances run out.
Morris does have time on his side being 2 years younger than Loza, but you'd think that Loza really needs to breakthrough sometime very soon, people get excited about him but the reality is that he's the same age as Nathan Redmond, he isn't really a kid anymore.
Lots of players look brilliant at youth and reserve level but just simply don't make the step up to senior football, Adrian Coote being the best example from our own club perhaps, looked like Alan Shearer whenever in the reserves but found out at senior level.

Morris seemed like one of the better players in our fabled cup winning team. He's playing a fair few pro games all be it up in Scotland. Certainly wouldn't write him off.
Loza won't play for our first team on a regular basis but I think there's a lower league career there if he wants it. Should really move for his own sake, like McGeehan.
