Good luck to him.
Shame, I had high hopes for him!Good luck to him.![]()
Will be interesting to see if we keep zonal or go back to man to man when defending set pieces although most clubs seem to do a bit of both now
Did I read correctly that he's looking at attacking set pieces rather than defensive?I'm hoping also that defending of corners will fall into his remit.
Not read that myself, but I would have thought he would cover all set piece aspects?Did I read correctly that he's looking at attacking set pieces rather than defensive?
From what I've read, he was an attacking player and was here to address the fact that we scored so few goals from set pieces. Not read that myself, but I would have thought he would cover all set piece aspects?
It felt very odd, last season that the two most important midfield roles, were filled by loan players. I think Webber maybe got carried away with how well the Oliver Skipp loan worked!^This. Somehow we have to start to get in players who will be good enough for the PL IF we get promoted again. I don't think the fanbase could face another 20 pointer, and the humiliation that went with it.
31 years old and he couldn’t get into the Sheffield Utd team last season, he’s way past his best for me although I wouldn’t be surprised if we signed himWhy the sad face, Frank?
I have to admit I'd be a bit "meh" if this was the solution to our midfield creativity issues. Hourihane of maybe 4 years ago, definitely, now? Not so sure. Maybe good enough still for the Championship, but absolutely no use when we win the league, and get promoted again.
And other clubs in the Championship apparently.Seeing rumours Birmingham interested in Placheta...
Tzolis to Club Bruges and Cantwell to Nantes apparently.
Maybe we'll see incoming now.
Low flying pigs seen in the Norfolk/Suffolk border area again today. Funny how they always turn up in the transfer window.Seeing rumours Birmingham interested in Placheta...
