Looks like it'd be a good signing. Not sure about likelihood of this happening though, don't know how accurate that Twitter account is.

Never heard of him to be honest, but having looked at his wiki page seems he has played for Belgium at every level and has 5 caps for the senior side, so cant be too bad of a player

Everton tried to sign him in 2012 but didn't submit paperwork in time on deadline day so Fifa refused the move. Been nominated for Jupiler league player of the year, Vincent Kompany said in 2012 when he the Everton move was on that he is an "Incredible player". Sounds promising!
