Watford fans charged with racist abuse

I wish Sky bloody Sports would report it properly.

Not a single mention of the fact that they were Watford fans...just 'two fans were arrested of or racist abuse at norwich on Saturday'

On causal viewing you would assume it had been home fans not visiting ones

The fan was given a 9 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £15 victim discharge, but was not given a football banning order.

Seems very lenient on the face of it, but then again - we don't really have any idea what happened with this one. Will be interesting to see what happens to the Norwich fan at Wolves.

I have to agree with Canaryboy, without much detail relating to the specifics of the incident, the penalty, on the face of it, seems lenient and hardly a deterrent.
