What happened with the parade bus?

Went to the parade today, and they used one of those red sightseeing tour buses.

Following a minute behind was the fancy yellow bus with nobody on it.

Anybody know the story behind this? Bit of a shame really as the yellow one would have been so much nicer for photos, especially when sending photos to my Leeds colleagues today to rub it in.... they are probably going to use that bus as capital for mentioning either Alan Partridge or Mike Bassett England Manager.

Fancy spending all that money on the paint job only to pick a duff bus to spray it on
