I think it happens to all managers usually only at the top teams in the country. Have you seen Alex Ferguson lately? He looks about 15-20 years younger now.

All managers operate under huge amounts of stress. Wasn't there a documentary a while ago where they hooked up Ian Holloway to an ECG during a match and actually found that his heart rate was so high that he would've been in hospital in any other circumstance.
