The competition is looking fiercer than anyone predicted. Nottingham Forest look stronger than anyone imagined and we haven't seen the best of Derby and Wigan yet. I think we have a good chance but we could be forced into the play-offs where anyone could win.

At the moment we're still third favourite with the bookies behind Forest and Derby, the latter having had a good season last year but will they do it again? I suspect that the bookies are reluctant to back Adams yet, in spite of the good start. We've had a tougher start than those two and have a good run of games after Cardiff. The large squad will hep to protect us against injuries, and that could be a key factor. I'm feeling confident, but it's still early days.

It's amazing how many people think the bookies are evil geniuses, fixing the odds based on their own whims and 'inside information'.

Most of the signs are positive at the moment, the big squad we now have could be the crucial factor both in terms of providing competition for places, motivation for the players in training and dealing with the inevitable injuries.

My concerns at the moment would be whether we can get the results we need away from home and our ability to play a style of footy that will turn draws into victories at Carrow Road.

I am expecting a top six finish and hopefull of top two.

It currently has us as by far the strongest team in the league and predicts us as Champions by 6 points. It is only a prediction based on statistical likelihoods not hard and fast. Before the season began we were predicted to finish fifth but our results have led to a revision.

Certainly more objective than the bookies.

Leeds bottom! It would be interesting to compare its previous predictions with actual outcomes.

I wonder, perhaps, if people maybe think it is all almost a bit too good to be true. After relegation I'm sure a lot of us were saying "Yeah, we'll be back stronger than ever" but I suspect we didn't really believe it. Then after the pre season debacle and the opening day defeat, I'm sure a few thought "Ah, here we go, prepare for disappointment again"

Hopefully as the season goes on, and we continue to be strong, peoples slight nagging doubts will slip away.

Quietly confident but there are probably a number of teams feeling as equally bullish as us at the moment.  It will be interesting to see how we do in unlocking teams who just look to get men behind the ball and try and grind out a point against us - I suspect that if we continue to do well we will see a lot of clubs parking the bus against us.

We recovered exceptionally well after the opening day blip 

However this is a tough league and the team needs to remain focused, as the old cliche says "One game at a time", there are some horrid little grounds to go to and lots of potential Banana skins, but i think Norwich fans have something to be positive about especially after the CH reign. 

NA seems to want to play attacking football and in this league you need to score a lot of goals to make sure of promotion - We have probably the biggest if not the strongest squad in the division - but that guarantees nothing ! The team has to go and earn it week in week out

Looked on one of the Cardiff forums, and a lot of their supporters are saying that they're very confident that we'll be promoted. If we continue to play like that then there's no reason why we shouldn't.

With the strength of our squad to finish outside the top 6 would be a big failure.
