Said to a chap at work yesterday Ronaldo for Golden Boot. He shook his head and said "Nah, he doesn't do it at international level".

Fantastic game. Watched it with my mate as well who despises Ronaldo and constantly tries to convince me that he only ever scores sh*t goals. He's kept that opinion to himself recently after he scored that overhead kick in the Champions League a couple of months ago, but he was at it again first half after Ronaldo scored a penalty and a shot De Gea spilt. Fair to say he was pretty quiet again by the end

But yeah great game. Only really half-watched Morocco - Iran to be fair but I've enjoyed all the games so far, even Uruguay - Egypt.

4 games in a day today. 11am, 2pm, 4pm, and 7pm. All decent games on paper as well. Can't wait.

Early games have been better than previous WC's I can remember, really enjoying it.

To be fair until a few days ago Tunisia were somehow ranked 14th in the world! Dropped a few places to 21st but yeah can see our game with them being a 0-0 or 1-0*.

not a fan of international football to be honest, I guess growing up English will do that to you, but I've actually enjoyed the World Cup so far, been a cracking match between portugal and Spain, Ronaldo's hat trick, Iceland holding Argentina, France struggling to be the Aussies (must of put sandpaper on the ball) penalities, own goals, and of course VAR, with the exception of listening to Mark Lawrenson insightful and never negative commentary it's been fun so far, bound to be fed up again by Monday night though
