I know they have a different class of player, BUT NA could learn a lot from the way Morinho sets Chelsea up, they know exactly how to pace a game....hopefully Phelan will bring this type of knowledge to the table.

I've got a really good feeling about this one, not sure why but perhaps it's a combination of the Mike Phelan factor and Reading's rubbish away form:

I'm looking forward to both Redmond & Hooper making me look like a chump and finally showing why so many fans are desperate to keep them.

Mike Phelan starts work today so hopefully he'll be able to knock some sense into Adams for this one. Desperately need to win this.

Team:

Ruddy
Martin Turner Hooiveld Garrido
Redmond Howson Tettey Olsson
Hooper Jerome

That's the team I'd play personally, although we probably won't see exactly that. I imagine it'll be that team but with Olsson at left back and Lafferty left midfield.

Gonna go with 1-1 for this. Adams is fast running out of time, and if he continues to drop points at home then he surely can't last much longer. If it was down to me, and probably the majority of Norwich fans he would've gone by now.

Thats exactly the team I would play today as well

Who is likely to be the main man in Adams' ear? Will it be Holt or Phelan? Is either officially Assistant Manager?

Nice of us to hand out some points for Christmas.

Seriously though, he's got to go.

Don't think so - just poor defending I'd say.

Ps I agree he's got to go - disagree that it's just a freak outcome

Still time to turn it around but defo need a change of manager I'm afraid

I was being ironic. Those are the excuses that Adams has been using for two months and will continue to use until he gets the sack. The worrying thing is he genuinely believes the nonsense he spouts.

Trouble is good old loyal Norwich fans still applaud a simple cross field pass but don't get annoyed when served up with rubbish. I have had this argument so many times. Its not disloyal to moan, boo, scream, whistle whatever. It is the only way to show your displeasure. Continually singing OTBC is making no difference to this bunch of players and the way they are being managed.

And another thing. If NA doesn't think Murphy is good enough to start a game when its 0-0, what does he think has changed because we are losing. We are knocking the ball from side to side in the hopeof scoring but last five minutes we will be launching it into the box! What will have changed?

Cor that looked like it was in, lack of goal line tech might have saved us there. What has happened to Ruddy he's been awful this season

How many Howson corners aren't making it past the near post?

I don't mind losing but like this is inexcusable and it has not picked up this half at all. A poor side like Reading are just sitting deeper.

We played well in the first half when Reading were more open but now they are 10 men behind the ball we're out of ideas. Because two consectutive managers have completely neglected the creative side of midfield.

For Hughton look no further than Adams. Arms folded and clueless. Two attacking subs on the bench, Two CB's on the bench and two goals from set pieces.

Actually thats unfair, Adams has neglected the creative side of midfield, Hughton actively went out of his way to destroy it
