Actually thats unfair, Adams has neglected the creative side of midfield, Hughton actively went out of his way to destroy it
What creative side? We haven't any flair or creation in midfield. We overestimate the merits of our midfield. In fact, we have overestimated everything this season.

I feel sorry for Adams. He's the victim of a monumental *bleep*-up by the board. Will they have the guts to admit they got it wrong or have they learnt nothing from last season?

What can you even say? I mean he's got to go, but I'm now wondering if the players are even anywhere good enough. Total embarrassment.

New manager, massive clear out of players and start building a squad of Championship winners rather than Premier League flops. Promotion next season is the only realistic goal now.

Well exactly. Hughton inherited a side that was very creative for a bottom half team, and proceeded to loan/sell/freeze out anyone with passing ability, the ones that remained ended up soured on Norwich City.

Adams had to deal with that and dealt with it badly, sure he rehabilitated Wes but we lost Surman and Pilkington without replacing them with anyone similarly talented at passing.

The board must act before its to late and as for going up this season I think we can knock that one on top of the head, and if we don't look out we will be in a relegation battle. What the hell has gone wrong?

That was truly dreadful! If Bowkett seriously thinks Adams is the right man for the job then we are heading towards disaster. The decision making by our board has been inept for the last two seasons.Unfortunately they won t act citing Phelan will change things but that will take time, which we are running out of.

The only two players to come out of today with any credit were Hooper and a Tettey for me . Redmond and Turner were OK.

Jerome is back to his usual standard. Why take off Laffertey who was doing OK? I'd have taken Jerome off and put Lafferty through the middle. And as for corners, well what can I say!

Lost again, well I never..As usual, all the fault is NA. Has anyone looked at how many goals Ruddy is accountable for? He's a big man with a long reach and he is supposed to command his 6 yard box, especially from corners.. Sadly this season, he comes across as a big uninterested lump standing on his line..Did another fine job with his dropped long range shot, he seems to specialise in soft weak goals from anywhere. I don.t care what he used to do, now is now and not in the past

Gaz06 nails it with this comment:"We have no game plan. Its almost as thought the side is chucked together and Adams expects them to perform"

This is much worse than CH...much much worse...our squad is better than last season and playing at a lower level against some very average sides. We played today like a select eleven put together for a friendly testimonial....it is sad and frustrating to see and we need MP to work some magic and the board to pull the rabbit out of the hat by releasing NA first thing Monday morning.

5 years of LOYAL service for this club & that's how some fans act after a couple of bad performances. #Disappointed

Interesting. Sorry I dont know how to do what Splutcho did!

It is frankly ridiculous that our season is heading towards disaster solely because Adams has sold all of our wingers and rendered us incapable of reverting to a simple system which is tried and tested in this league..... 4-4-2.

Most of them went straight off down the tunnel to hide...which was apt as most of them spent 90 minutes hiding before the final whistle too.

Yep not one of them came across to acknowledge the fans. Despite the support being better than the performance.

Actually that´s not fair. Josh Murphy hung around the centre circle looking as though he knew something should be done but everybody had deserted him.

Good on you David.

I presume given his position that this has not been done on a whim but with the agreement of the board!
