Did you attach that using the "my media" button?

You can also just press this button and just insert an image URL:
 

 
Which embeds the image.
 
And if you click 'more reply options' on the bottom right of the text box, it opens up the attach files option for uploading images.

I need to make it so that people get a limited time to edit, perhaps 5 minutes, enough time to notice and correct mistakes. Would be silly if people started deleting last months posts.
