In fairness to Lambert that is precisely why Ipswich are bottom of the league..... they sold Waghorn and Garner, released McGoldrick, and then spent seven figure sums on two Lower league strikers who look like they have a combined transfer value of 50 grand.

Ipswich fans were crying out for Marcus Evans to make transfer funds available so he did.... by selling all their goalscorers

It would be quite amusing to see cast off McGoldrick in double figures for Sheffield United if they weren't 3rd in the league.

The FA has confirmed that Norwich City Football Club and Ipswich Town will be fined following events at the recent local derby at Carrow Road, which City won 3-0.
Both clubs have been fined for failing to control players and officials. City’s fine is slightly higher than Ipswich’s due to the Club’s historic record in relation to this rule.
The FA have issued the following statement:
“Norwich City have been fined £25,000 and Ipswich Town have been fined £20,000 after accepting a charge for failing to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion during both the 45th and 90th minutes, as well as their officials in the 45th minute, of their EFL Championship fixture on February 10, 2019.
“In addition, Paul Lambert has been given a two-match touchline ban, effective immediately, and fined £3,000 after he also accepted an FA improper conduct charge concerning his behaviour in the 45th minute of the fixture.”

Looks like we have previous? Though I can't remember us being fined in recent times?

Just googled, we were fined 20k in November 2013 after a fracas with Cardiff, then fined 30k in Feb 2014 for a dust up with Newcastle.

Lol and further googling reveals two fines in 2016 against QPR and Sunderland.
