This isn't 'paper talk' it's a representation from a legal firm and Malkay has admitted that he sent the texts via his statement made by the LMA.
Hopefully he'll be taken out of the Norwich Hall of Fame pretty damn quickly.
Sorry, i was making the point that for me
personally he will die by what he said in front of his players, and how he treated those different to himself, not judging him on private texts, i just think that's unfair. We all have dirty laundry to air, whether that's internet history, illegal pirating of copyrighted material, chat logs, speeding, drink driving, mobile phone logs etc.. No-one's clean in the eyes of the law, and if you want to dig you'll find something to hang someone with.
If they didn't find racist comments they would've defaulted to something else to smear him with, the company contracted to do this work are paid well to do such a thing, and released out at the most damaging time. They've basically used racism as a weapon for their personal battle with him - That in itself is ridiculing the good work that anti-race campaigns do, they're just treating the subject of race as a card to be played. I find that far more disturbing than a few private messages.
Anyway, that aside - In that regard of how he reacted in person to people he met is purely paper talk for me right now, if more players come forward then that's the point where i will lose all respect for him.
What he's said on a private text, honestly, doesn't shock or offend me. It's stupid, but it happens and there's no intent to cause offence or harm on that alone.
