I've played on it a few times and it doesn't seem that way. I'm pretty sure at the end of the 03/04 season the whole thing was dug up and flattened out, when the mix of astro and grass was put in.

When I was a kid Owen Field at the University of Oklahoma had a three foot crown down the middle of the field.  Back then the Sooner ran a wishbone and so the backs were running downhill as they swept around the end.  In the mid-90s they tore out the old Astroturf carpet (that got torn when the Sooner Schooner rolled over celebrating a touchdown, and had the NY Jets logo painted in the south end zone from when they were filming the Dennis Byrd movie) and replaced it with grass, and now I think the crown is maybe a foot to ease drainage.
