Stiepermann definitely offers a physical presence and probably more Pukki-esque link-up play. But Placheta would be better in terms of using his pace to return in-behind. I'd probably go with the team DJ names above.

can't imagine Coventry coming here and pressing us so usiing Placheta's pace in behind doesn't really matter if they sit deep, would be more effective to use him in that role away from home when the opposition is a bit more attack minded

Maybe Coventry will give it a go seeing how weakened we are, might give us more of a chance.

Rupp an unused sub during the week doesn't make the bench, only 6 subs named out of a possible 9, 5 of which are youth, thought they load the bench up with youngsters, but I guess it's pointless if they're not ready, if we win this with the players we have missing we're going to win the league

this is the sort of game you'd mark down as 3 points, but right now I just want us to get out of it with everyone unscathed

In case you're not sure of the young lad's positions :-

But City have only named six of their permitted nine substitutes, of which they are allowed to bring on five, with striker Tom Dickson-Peters and midfielder Reece McAlear keeping their places on the bench after being unused during the 3-2 win at Stoke on Tuesday. Centre-back Andrew Omobamidele joins senior defender Christoph Zimmermann among the substitutes while striker Tyrese Omotoye comes on to the bench after returning from injury.

so a keeper, 2 defenders, 1 midfielder and 2 strikers

would of thought they'd of put an extra midfielder in there, considering we play five in midfield and one up top yet have two strikers on the bench

Maybe it is all we have.

1-0 up at half time, Vrancic penalty, we're certainly missing a focal point up front, looks like Vrancic and Steipermann are both trying to play in the hole at times, get big Zimbo up there as a target man

We have to keep a closer eye on Darbo, he is putting in some real quality on their right. Decent half that, nearly a McGovern howler with a dropped ball, but their keeper doesn't look too clever either. That said, he has made a few good saves, we could have been a few more goals up.

1-1 in the 89th minute, and you can add Max Aarons to the injury list
