I hope players aren't tired this early in the season! Yes of course I agree there will be rotation, but I think the form that Wes has been in means that it will be pretty difficult to leave him out.

I'm personally not saying he plays the 90 in every game, in fact my point was assuming all goes well we'll look to get him off so we can save him for Birmingham, but you can't drop him, it makes zero sense.

He is also unlikely to play against Shrewsbury I imagine, like many of the current starting players, so they will mostly get a break.

NA has spoken often enough about the 7 games in two weeks, or whatever, that I would not be surprised if there were changes. Lafferty seemed to take a knock, and I read somewhere this morning that Russell Martin did as well. So NA may be waiting on these injuries.

We now have cover for each, for Lafferty in Jerome, Vadis, etc., and for Martin in Whittaker of Cuellar.

Will he make any other "tactical changes? It wouldn't surprise me. We know that they have practised various formations, and he may take the view that a different one could be appropriate for the Brentford game. All we know, from the manager, is that this game is slightly too soon for Hooper and Howson, so we would expect Grabban, Jerome and Lafferty to be in the squad, if all are fit. (Loza could be considered, but he didn't get from international duty until towards the end of last week, although it is possible.

Tettey is still playing very well, but Adams could want to protect him from too much football. Ditto Bradley, but he was not quite as good against Cardiff. Is there a chance for O'Neill?

One or two of the other new signings could appear on the bench, and perhaps have a run out.

Used to live in South Ealing but probably all changed now. 

We went to league 1 game and it appeared to be open house in most pubs.

However we usually have a route and only end up in ground area late on so no 

an issue for us. 

A lot of fans want to do the 4 corner pubs so I would imagine they are all away friendly.

I think it will be a tight game but Norwich should end up winning the game over 90 mins. We have a GREAT squad, I'd like to see Adams use it tonight to be honest. I'd like to see Vadis tonight. 

I'm really looking for a good start tonight, we can't afford to start slowly again.

While I understand the misgivings about fitness levels, I am positive that if the manager asked the players, they would all want to be playing tonight. Successful teams have the habit of avoiding major injuries and keeping up their fitness levels. Good teams make the opposition run about and the expression of letting the ball do the work is as valid today as it ever was.

I'm sure NA would spot any tiredness in any of the players and would address it straight away. And looking at the fixture list, if things stay as they are, the opportunity could come for R&R with the Shrewsbury game followed by Blackpool. That would give some of them a possible 10 day break.

I pretty much agree with the principle that you don't change a winning side, but in our case we do have a lot of players who I suspect are at or about the same level, I think Neil will make a few changes, not wholesale but just here and there to keep things fresh. It's good management IMO and keeps everyone on their toes.

A few blue shirts on the 2.00 by the way, not the happiest people I have seen!

Adams has said that there is a slight worry about Russell Martin. He said that he'll be assessed through training today but he was complaining about his back during and after the Cardiff game.

If I was Adams I wouldn't risk it. Although I think Martin is our best right back, Whittaker, as we've seen so far this season, can easily do the job there. I'd rest Martin tonight and if he's fit enough for Birmingham then bring him back in.

Hughton was obsessed with sticking to his best 11 while Lambert would happily rotate even in-form players. I totally disagree that you can't change a winning team. We need the whole squad in on this unbeaten run not only because of tiredness creeping in and the possibility of avoidable injuries but also to keep everyone on board and sharing in the success.

I tweeted something to that effect this morning.  It also appears the radio commentary stream is going to to be available too, at least in the UK - not sure about abroad.
