I've been a big opponent of bringing Bassong back in but eff me we need a new centre back or two

I hope O'Neil isn't playing due to an injury rather than because of his less than flattering comments about Neil in recent weeks.

Whats he said? Not another Bassong?

Any radio streams available?
Do you need a radio stream because you are at work or not in front of a PC, or would an actual stream do? I've got a stream (as in, I'm watching the game) if that would help?

Nothing really negative, just being his own man in media interviews and not afraid to contradict the manager (in a constructive way). I hope Neil isn't the sort of manager who would hold that against a player.

What do people think about Lafferty at left wing? Id have thought he needs to be up front, though wouldnt have him over Hooper or Jerome at present. Is he playing there simply because we dont have any left wingers? Think Id prefer Olsson in front of Garrido in that eventuality

Pretty dodgy defending again there - was that Cuellar?

If we put Bassong on in place of Cuellar, we'd have the same back 4 that was so tight and miserly in Hughtons successful period. Mental

Poor piece of play that from Whittaker, and costly. Stream shown it 8 times now!

Watford are 2-0 down. If we win today we could go 5th. I hope Alex Neil is drilling this into them in the dressing room.

Some interesting angles on the replays. Good to see Redmond using his left foot though - no doubt the man he was up against would have known he wanted to go wide and cross with his right. Deflection or no, he took the opportunity to shoot instead with his weaker foot and catch his defender by surprise. If you dont shoot you dont score. Sometimes things like deflections can happen, so great stuff from him. Been a bit more worthy of the scoreline since we scored. Wonder if he'll make any changes at half time? Seing as we've settled a bit Id have thought not. Could put Hoolahan on for Whittaker, might give us an outlet, give BJ a more disciplined role to compensate

Good for Blackpool, but cant see them maintaining that sadly

Really does show the problem we have on the left. Lafferty not the most effective there, now we have EB. never seen him play well in that position. Square pegs and round holes. Really need a left winger this window IMO

I know hes not left footed, but Elliott Bennett doesn't look like the player he once was. Lost a yard of pace. Am happy to see that Alex Neil has identified that as an area which needs addressing though by trying something new, I think we'll see a left winger arrive this month.
