IMO, the Board has kept a reasonable balance after being relegated.

I think they are both completely different players and actually compliment each other rather than be in direct competition with each other. Personally do think Fer is by far the better player but I would have liked to keep both of them to be perfectly honest.

I'm an admirer of Fer and he is (was) our most technically gifted midfielder. He is not lazy, but my complaint would be that he can often be slow to react and recover his ground when the ball is lost. If he loses that bad habit, he could be a great player.

Yes I know they are... But we have players at the Club to take Fer's place that are easily good enough for the Championship.

I think Fer isn't just good enough for the Championship, but good enough to be the best midfielder in the Championship and take us up. Tettey is good enough for the Championship but his ceiling is a lot lower than Leroy's IMO.

We will never know how Fer would of performed in the Championship now sadly. I honestly am surprised by how low some Norwich fans rate Tettey. I think he will be a key player for us this season.

I rate Tettey as a very good Championship player and think he'll be a key man for us this season. I just rate Fer higher, but that doesn't mean I don't think Tettey is a good player by any stretch of the imagination.

Let me explain it to you, If he was happy her and settled he would stay, but no he goes to another club for more money = mercenary.

If he's actually had his medical today as everyone is reporting, I can't see any way he's in the squad. He's probably not even in the county right now.

Completely understandable with all the rumours but unfortunately with all the sources reporting this and Harry's own words, I think this is legitimate.

Not saying it won't happen, but why not keep him in the squad until he's actually gone? Fer will know as well as anyone that the deal is not done until it's done. It'd be worth it if he smashes one in past Blackburn tonight!

That's a fair point Bethnal, but in a football context it would be nice to see some loyalty but then again perhaps I am dreaming too much about days gone past al Forbes, Keelan.....etc.
At the moment there are jobs I could go for that may bring a little more money and prestige but you have t weigh that against moving, how it affects family...etc. Professional footballers seem to not ever use that criteria?

If that was an issue, he probably would have never have left Holland in the first place.

It's part of a footballers job.

And this loyalty is a 2-way-street. Clubs cash in on footballers all the time. It's not always the fault of the player they're being sold.
