I'd go with that, both had a very good championship season a piece for us, Josh in spells at Cardiff has looked dangerous and capable of creating something from nothing, but I base this on 3 minute clips of Cardiff games on MOTD, we all know how missing both can go in games, consistency is certainly something they both need to gain as there is clearly a huge amount of natural talent in both they just need to deliver it week in week out

Well Josh has been called out publicly by both Farke and Warnock for not putting the required effort into training, that's two seasons in a row.

I just think they often lost their bottle and don't have the mentality to reach the top, which is a shame because they do have the talent.

Imagine either of them having the spirit of a Buendia or Bellamy.... would be unstoppable, but they never will.

That's why I've never been too harsh on Cantwell, who isn't blessed with the pace and trickery of the Murphy's but at least seems to have a little bit of bottle and I don't seem him shirking challenges or giving up on balls even when he's having a stinker and getting muscled off everything.

I do think Josh has a bit more about him than Jacob though. Neither have the required mentality for a Farke squad though.... Josh Murphy getting called out for not training hard enough under Warnock when they were still in with a fighting chance of survival and Jacob Murphy not popular at all with West Brom fans for his perceived lack of effort when they were still in with a shout for promotion says everything we need to know.

Only other players to get called out by Farke for training performance are Oliviera and Watkins... and he bombed them both out too.

I've heard that too, he's been quite highly rated for a while now, but hasn't really been able to establish himself as a first team player, I say we take a punt on him, if it works out great, if it doesn't at least we'd of wound up the binners

Despite what he says, he rarely gives much away, I would be surprised if we dont still see a couple out and a couple in, and personally still believe we will see the late signing or loaning of Rhodes.

If he did get injured I'm not sure how much I trust Tettey to step in, and I don't think we have anyone capable into stepping into that role. Plus I think Tettey is ruled out for a little while?

Only 28 despite it feeling like he's been around for decades... Presumably the barrier to a signing like this is our wage structure rather than the transfer fee?

If we don't sign a DM then we at least need another centre back to make 3/5 at the back a realistic option (with enough cover/depth.

Trust Webber and Farke but wonder whether this could be one of those "if only we'd...." things, e.g. if only we'd signed Ashton at the start of the season.
