Seeing a rumour we are in for Harrison Reed.

Would be pretty happy with that.

Same as that, Morty, he's a better player than Skipp -- In my ever so humble opinion.

Didn't we have him on loan, can't recall him hardly playing?

He was a cracking player, primarily a CDM, but filled in at right back. Not really watched him recently but a mate said he watched him last season, and he was excellent.

Skipp did well for us, and I'm a fan, he's untried in the Prem though.

But having watched them both play for us and having watched Reed play in the Prem I would rather gamble on Skipp if given the choice.

I'm worried about this, it seems that we're definitely signing him.
From what I've read, he's a striker rather than a midfielder.

From what I've read, he will be our record signing, in the region of £11,000,000.

Am I being unnecessarily negative, worrying about breaking our transfer record on a striker who doesn't know where the goal is?
Is Farke bringing him in as a midfielder who *might* score an occasional goal?
What have I missed?

We do with a vengeance, but we also need backup for Pukki. After yesterday's second half performance it showed horribly, how our strength in depth is very weak indeed. Newcastle went through I think it was 10 subs in the second half, and made us look second rate.

Buying a striker who doesn't score goals isn't really backing up Pukki though.

Werder Bremen played him sometimes on the right of midfield, behind the striker.
He still didn't score goals but he ran around alot, helping with defending.
I'm thinking that Farke will see him playing like that.

It still leaves us needing a defender and a striker, but at least we'll have another midfielder sat on the bench.

I think you're probably right, but we desperately need a CDM, a centre back and a striker.

The season starts in six days.

Congratulations for the transfer of Josh Sargent. In the Cup Game we found out how much we've missed him. In the last games he has played as a wing back for us. But he is obviciously a Number 9! Strong physics, fast movement, strong finisher. In my Opinion, Milot and Josh will ROCK the Premiere League this Year. I wish you all the best, my friends, and hope that Norwich will play a good season!

Tried that in Brundall and fell in the Yare..

Now I know that isn't at all funny, but I really couldn't let it go -- What is funny is "My mums thatched gazebo" -- It wasn't supposed to be funny, but that's what somebody said to me yesterday in conversation.

If you find nothing in this post slightly amusing then I fear I'm showing strong signs of adult autism..

Or is it vice versa?

I don't think so! ^^ we are looking for a good defensive midfielder for ourselves. this position is orphaned for a long time in our team. Maxi Eggestein is more an 8 than a 6er.

Reminds me of the effort my friends mum put into clipping her bush in the driveway, "because she wants to look nest and tidy in the front" "doesn't want an untidy bush"
